Sandra Daffer is the owner of Hawaiian Built Roofing, a family-run roofing contractor proudly serving the Treasure Valley, including Star, Idaho and surrounding communities. With over two decades of hands-on experience behind the company, Sandra works closely with her team to deliver high-quality roof replacements, detailed roof repairs, and long-term roofing systems designed to perform in Idaho’s climate. Hawaiian Built Roofing focuses on doing things right the first time—using complete roofing systems, proper ventilation, and upgraded components that protect the entire home, not just the surface.
Sandra is known for her educational approach with homeowners. Whether it’s identifying failing roof penetrations, addressing ventilation issues, or providing a thorough roof inspection, her goal is to make sure every homeowner feels informed and confident in their decisions. The company provides detailed, photo-documented inspections so clients can clearly see the condition of their roof and understand recommended next steps.

In addition to her work in roofing, Sandra is the founder of the Women in Trades Alliance (WITA), a growing network focused on connecting and supporting women in the trades. WITA was created to bring together skilled professionals, encourage collaboration, and provide homeowners in communities like Star with access to trusted, reliable service providers.
