I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I also offer a more holistic approach to mental health by offering services such as Neurofeedback, Brainspotting, Walk-and-Talk Sessions, the Prepare Enrich Couples Program, and Nutrition & Integrative Medicine for Mental Health.
